Disclosure & information
All pre-paid participants who are not able to attend must contact the instructor before the class begins to advise of their absence, so they can receive a credit for a future class.****Credits must be used within 6 months.***No exceptions.
If you are requesting a refund for services not rendered that was paid through PayPal, we are able to refund back through PayPal within 30 days of payments received. *If it is more than 30 days, you will need to have a secure PayPal account that we can transfer the refund to.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time.
Private parties in our Studio A must have a minimum of 20 participants + $50 Service Fee (non-refundable fee to lock in date and time) for a 2-hour paint session (beyond allotted time will incur an additional $50.00 cost per hour). The minimum of 20 participants will need to be paid at least 14 days before the scheduled party.
Private parties in our Studio B must have a minimum of 10 participants + $50 Service Fee (non-refundable fee to lock in date and time) for a 2-hour paint session (1 ½ hour paint session for kids and teens) (beyond allotted time will incur an additional $40.00 cost per hour). *This space is for a small size group*. The minimum of 8 participants will need to be paid at least 14 days before the scheduled party.
Private parties at your own location must have a minimum 10 participants- you must provide the space, tables, & chairs. There is a $50.00 mobile service fee (non-refundable) to secure the date and time (***service fee differs based on location if outside of the Albany area). The minimum of 10 participants will need to be paid at least 14 days before the scheduled party. The remaining participants will need to pay at least 3 days before the private party. *All potential spaces must be approved by Let's Paint & Party.
We honor a first-pay first-serve policy. To secure a private party for a particular date, you must pay the required service fee (non-refundable) to secure the date. (We do not pencil in dates)
All hosts are responsible with getting the minimum number of guests for their private party. They must decide if they will be responsible with collecting the money for their group or if they will get their guests to pay individually. If their guests pay individually, we will provide a link to pay for the party. The host is also responsible for securing the date with a 50.00 service fee, setting the time for painting event and choosing the painting for the event.
For Adults only classes, participants must be 21 years or older.
For Family day events, children ages 6 & up must be accompanied by an adult. During Family day events, alcohol prohibited.

*When alcohol is permitted, wine and beer only.
Special artwork can be requested to be created if agreed upon at least 3 weeks before the event. If less than 3 weeks, customers must choose from the RAC gallery or Facebook Photo gallery.***We may amend the terms of this agreement at any time, including any rights or obligations you or we may have. We will post the terms to the modified agreement on our website.

9 x 12 canvas cost is $15.00 per adult for 1 hour and 30 mins.
11 x 14 or 12 x 16 canvas cost is $20.00 per adult for 2 hours.
16 x 20 canvas cost is $25.00 per adult for 2 hours.
You come up with your own ticket price and the difference is yours.
